Headstone inscription: In loving memory of Gabriel Cox. The beloved husband of Louisa Cox, who departed this life January 7th, 1892. Aged 76 years. For to me to live is Chist, and to die is gain. Philippians 1.C.21.V. A precious one from us has gone, A voice we loved is stilled; A place is vacant in our home which never can be filled. God in his wisdom has recalled the boon his love had given; and though the body lingers here the soul is safe in heaven. Also Louisa Cox the beloved wife of the above who died May 11th, 1909. Aged 93 years. At rest with my beloved.
